Understanding

My experience with Payplan has been amazing. They were very understanding and supportive without judgement. I am was in a very bad place emotionally and mentally and suffer from anxiety and depression. I got very anxious and emotional at the thought of having to talk about my case over the phone. The lady that I dealt with was very understanding and I was able to do everything over email. Once I was comfortable I was then able to talk to her over the phone. I was not judged for getting in a mess financially which was great. Everything was handled with very quickly but more importantly for me I was made to feel supported. I now feel less stressed and anxious and look forward to a debt free future. Thank you so much for everything Payplan. Reviewed on: 9th June 2022
