Really good help when needed

Payplan are really helpful when you are in a lot of debt they have helped me so much. And if you have changes to your circumstances they listen and offer support. I had cancer in 2017 and I was off sick from work and had to go on benefits so they reduced payments for the time I was off work and on little benefits. Excellent customer service through email and phone calls. Reviewed on: 9th June 2022
