Excellent service

In my case I found them very helpful and not condescending in anyway it was a case that I’d hit rock bottom and didn’t know what to do. They appeared very friendly and no signs of them thinking me an idiot as to the mess I’ve got into. My predicament started when I had an serious accident falling off my lorry I didn’t get help from anyone I thought I could do it myself as I was proud and I didn’t want to ask people for help but in the end I had to contact someone and I was suggested by someone to call you. It was a very hard thing to do but I’m very glad that I did as I don’t think I’d still be around because yes I did have suicidal thoughts but thanks to you I am still here so thank you very much for that and yes I would recommend your excellent service thank you for saving my life Reviewed on: 10th June 2022
