Would not give my money back

I order travel money on tesco website to be collect at my nearest tesco supermarket, when I arrived to collect, two days later, the money has not been delivered, I was there by the time they inform me that the money would be available. I had to flight that day so I call Tesco travel money costumer services and ask that the operation be cancel and my money be credit back into my credit card. I paid with my credit card. The costumer services representative guarantee that the refund would be done in 10 working days. It’s now, 25 days and my money hasn’t been credit yet. The worst is that I am calling costumer services and they leave me on the line for a very long time and after saying that the money will be credit today. Never has! Twice now, I call, the representative talk with the Supervisor, Jeanette, and promises me that the money will be credit today and NADA! Do not risk, do not work with them, don’t fell into this trap that is Tesco Travel Money. They are the most dishonest and inhuman services out there! Do not buy from them! Be alert!
