Perfect

Everyone makes mistakes and I unfortunately fell into financial turmoil with numerous creditors who may have not had the most appropriate lending policies. I dug a deeper and deeper hole for myself until it became unfeasible. PayPlan quite literally saved me and there are very few words to properly describe them after their support. Perfect is genuinely the only word I can use for them. What felt like a humiliating call to make on the day I made first contact ended up with a huge weight being lifted from my shoulders. Their workers are compassionate, supportive and efficient. They very quickly put a plan in place for myself after clearly describing my options, pros, cons and what they felt would be the most appropriate course of action. Barring the initial information on creditors they required which was simple regardless, the work I needed to put in was minimal and they began to shed some much needed light on me after being in a dark place for over a year. Their outstanding support continues to this day and I am considerably closer to financial freedom. I have not needed to contact them much since the beginning of the plan, but when I have, they have always effectively resolved my queries in a timely manner. In an ideal world, I wouldn't recommend PayPlan to anyone - simply for the fact that nobody should find themselves in a situation like I did. However, this sadly isn't the world we live in and should you find yourself in dire circumstances with creditors or predatory lenders, then PayPlan are definitely the people to call.
