Informed and helpful

Initially the person I spoke spent loads of time sorting out a payment plan that was affordable. Since then they’ve been really helpful and the communication has been great. Staff have been really considerate, which is nice because it’s been really stressful. After that first conversation, when I had a plan set up, I felt a huge relief that I had a plan to repay my debt and it wouldn’t keep escalating with interest. Reviewed on: 11th June 2022
