Friendly and efficient

I thought that the service was good with the person who handled our application clearly familiar with the products. My only criticism would be that they seemed to want to offer us a product that had the lowest monthly repayments that would have resulted in repaying a far greater amount over the course of the loan. We had to specifically ask about overall cost comparison. Otherwise I was very happy with the service provided Reviewed on: 12th June 2022
