My whole experience with PayPlan so far has been amazing. Superb customer service from an understanding and empathetic adviser when I first contacted them. Very helpful. Everything explained in layman's terms. Thank you. The app makes it easy to contact my adviser as well as being able to pay extra towards outstanding debt if finances allow. Superb service. Straight forward no nonsense support

I contacted Payplan over 2 and a half years ago after finding myself in dire straits financially. They were so empathetic, understanding and helpful with advice and guidance. Can not fault them at all. I'd be lost without their support. I've managed to maintain payments so only ever have contact at my annual review. No hassle which is of course what you want especially after having companies chase you for payments. All in all, an amazing experience. Thank you Payplan Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
