Like the friendliness and Professionalism of PayPals staff.

On the few occasions I have had cause to contact PayPal generally by phone. I have never been kept waiting to speak to someone in person to ask advice which has always been given extremely politely and advantageously to my benefit. Also which matters a lot to me when contacting verbally, is being able to understand the dialect/accent in such understandings, which has helped a lot. Best of luck and wishing PayPal do well.
