Great account

Excellent customer service in branch combined with very efficient online portal makes this company's products hard to beat. Never had an issue with any transfers. Debit card began to de-laminate, replaced on request within 4 working days. Reviewed on: 5th July 2017

Santander Savings

Excellent online portal and telephone helpline. One of the better interest paying accounts even with recently increased monthly fee. Access is 24/7 with faster payments available to /from other accounts without delay even on a bank holiday. Reviewed on: 30th August 2016

Excellent service

Upon renewal, I found RIAS very competitive with excellent cover and very clear policy documents. Only one claim, many years ago, which was settled in full with the minimum of delay. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2016
