Helping a man at a crossroad

When I first contacted back2credit, I was in a really bad place. Recovering from the loss of my family home, I had debt all over the place. After pulling myself out of the gutter I contacted this company to help with my finances. I needed something steady for a few years until I was back on my feet. I’ve now completed a degree and managed to pay off my debts that back2credit looked after me. The customer service was amazing and everytime I needed to get through to somebody, they was there for me. They even pro-actively reached out every 6 months to make sure I’m still happy with repayments in place. I would recommend this company to anyone in a dark place or struggling with finances and I can’t thank them enough. I hope they win this award because they’re really making a difference out there and helping people! Reviewed on: 18th June 2022
