Super helpful. Lots of empathy. Not made to feel like a scrounger.

I was very nervous. Had been putting the call off for months. As I really wanted to try and pay things myself. And wasn’t sure how I’d be treated. But I made the call and they were ace. So kind caring and super helpful. Just wish I’d got in touch sooner. Reviewed on: 19th June 2022
