Bad customer care and not paying on time

3 weeks ago my car got accident and still they are asking lot of documents and inform us to contact many numbers to get the claim.Customer care service is horrible.even CEO didnt care about customer issues.Please dont go for this Coparative insurance. යන්න එපා.මුන්ගේ ලොකු ලයින් බලන්න වෙන්නේ දැම්මොත්..
