Appalling company . Steer clear

My experience with this company has been absolutely horrendous . I tried to cancel my car insurance within 14 days ,they do not pick up the phone ,after emailing my request ,14 days elapsed they took my money, my deposit amounting to over £600.00 which has not been refunded as they claim that cancelling my insurance through e mail is not accepted yet they never ever answer their phones . I was on the phone for over an hour each time .Absolute scam and shambles of a company . Please avoid if you can . Reviewed on: 27th June 2022
