since i have been with the company, lots of help and i was a shock winner of tickets to the brit awards ,i am on dialysis 4 times a week and could not make it and had no one to transfer them to so i spoke to one of your reps and he made sure i got the money in the way of amazon vouchers for the back stage pass ,which i thought was class as i was expecting nothing but was delighted with and thank him and you as a company for your great service to me.
