Helpful Staff, reminders and Aqua were able to help during a tough time i had

I have a large account with aqua due to a change in my life and with there help I was able to replace white goods and pay essential bills, Aqua even gave me a credit card holiday when I was unable to pay, I get frequent reminders for future payments which allows me to plan and make the payments on time, the staff are very helpful and have actioned all my requests quickly, very happy with the good customer service and will continue to use them going forward. Helpful credit facility for critical purchases

I the past three months our Fridge and washing machine broke down due to ware and tear, my Newday facility (Aqua) allowed my to replace these items so easily, but what I really like about the facility is the easy app and reminders to manage my credit and make payments. definitely the best credit facility I have used so far.
