Ridiculous

Attractive price but didn't expect to be left with such a sour taste. My own error, I set up a policy to start 2 days after necessary. I called within an hour to change it, only to be told that it would cost me. I asked to cancel the policy instead and have since received an email telling me that I need to pay a cancellation fee AND an arrangement fee, this is despite the '14 day cooling off period'. I've raised a complaint but don't hold much of hope in having this resolved by them. Will mostly likely be raising with the FOS Reviewed on: 28th June 2022
