Customer service appalling

Can't get hold of anyone to speak to and they hang up if you are on hold for more than 30 minutes which I have experienced a number of times. We have been given wrong information in the past and had to deal with the complaints team on a number of occasions. I will never go with them or the co-op again. I would only recommend them to anyone else if you dont mind being fobbed off Reviewed on: 1st July 2022
