Outstanding Service

GCU make life easy, whether it's setting up an account, processing loan applications or in my case, handling a bereavement claim. Gillian Anderson guided me through the entire process when I lost my mum. She showed empathy, caring attitude and first class customer service. She eased the pain in dealing with my mum's financial affairs. I couldn't recommend GCU more! They look after their customers. They care and caring counts! Reviewed on: 1st July 2022
