A rewarding experience

GCU offer the best customer service I experience. I often dread dealing with banks and financial matters in general, it's just something I never look forward to. The experience you get with GCU is nothing but pain free. With such knowledgeable staff who show genuine willingness to deal with your query in full. If they can't, you get a reason why, what steps will be taken next and a timescale for completion. It really does give to peace of mind when dealing with them.
