Friendly and Efficient

Of all the companies I have contact with online, the Glasgow Credit Union is the simplest and most efficient. Financial transactions are quick and easy. Contact via telephone does not involve 20 minutes on hold and the call is answered by a friendly voice, eager to help. It makes you wonder why all companies don't operate like this. The services on offer have very competitive rates and the charitable donations say a lot about the ethos of the company. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2022
