I have been a member of GCU for many years now, I can't fault them and their customer service is excellent. GCU were my lifesavers when I first joined just before Christmas 2008. I had no savings with GCU but they still offered me a loan this abled me to buy my children Christmas presents. GCU were there when I desperately needed financial assistance I wont ever forget that. GCU is the only place I would have a savings account or apply for a loan, I wouldn't touch a bank for either. I always recommend GCU to family and friends and speak highly of them. I am pleased to say I am still a member and if I ever need financial help GCU will be there to help also I have money in my savings something I have never been able to do in my life and I'm 59 Reviewed on: 2nd July 2022
