Never recommend! This company is SCAM!!!

I transferred $200 to my parents from my US account, but they never received it. This company is a scam! These dogs keep saying that the problem is related to the recipients' bank, while my parent's banks are two separate banks. They don't even have call center support, the ART is 4-5 days, and they never replied back through email. I will keep writing on every platform and hate it among all people.
