Could improve by having staff with correct information. If Beth had not rung me from the branch I would have been paying tax on Leek's advice to leave our bond in a holding account, I will only use Cheadle in future. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

We like the face-to-face service, we like the interest rates however we had to close and withdraw a regular savers account as the interest rate are no longer competitive and we are unable to transfer the money into a new regular savers account. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023
