Wouldn't Even give it 1 star, DISGUSTING COMPANY

Absolutely disgusting company. Not only did they happily leave me, my partner and our 3 kids one who is 2 years old and Autistic and the others only 3yrs and 6yrs stranded 2 hours away from home due to our car being smashed to bits by a lorry on the A180 with us all inside at 19:30pm. They also happily offered me a pathetic amount of money for my car and told me it had previously been in an accident which it had not been as i am the only owner and i know for a fine fact its not been in an accident. However they saw this fit to knock thousands of pound off my settlement offer and would not budge. There staff are rude, ignorant and unprofessional. They send emails out with documents that you cant even open due to them being "Locked" aka useless. I wouldn't recommend this company if it was the last one left on the earth. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Reviewed on: 8th July 2022
