Unacceptable

I doubt this review will win but this company is unacceptably poor. My PayPal credit purchase was blocked leading to several frustrating phone calls and attempts to login to PayPal. Despite repeated requests to download i.d ,which wouldn't work , and a lengthy round of security questions over the phone, l managed to speak to an advisor who suggested l try again in 15 minutes. You guessed it...no luck. Now l have had to cancel my eBay purchase as during my next phone call to PayPal the advisor suggested l wait 72 hours and that despite my repeated confirmation of identity she cannot override the system . This has been a total waste of my time and energy and is unacceptable. Reviewed on: 8th July 2022
