Absolutely shocking service

Trying to transfer a pension out since they have high fees and little choice. They are either completely incompetent or doing everything they can to stall the process. Long wait times to get through or they just advise emailing then disconnect. They then take weeks to respond to email. Very poor at advising on status. They couldn't do any worse if they tried.
