Discrimination by accent used when called

This Bank discriminates if they don't like your accent and give false excuses to refuse to open accounts with them. I wished switch with them from my Lloyds business account to their Business account, chose them because my Business partner opened without issues with the SAME COMPANY BRAND NAME and the operation was smoothly, however when they call me given the excuse I have to request permission of BRAND NAME, my business is legit with more than 5 years old with a company house,...
