Discrimination by accent used when called

This Bank discriminates if they don't like your accent and give false excuses to refuse to open accounts with them. I wished switch with them from my Lloyds business account to their Business account, chose them because my Business partner opened without issues with the SAME COMPANY BRAND NAME and the operation was smoothly, however when they call me given the excuse I have to request permission of BRAND NAME, my business is legit with more than 5 years old with a company house, no bad credit and no debt at all. I explained to them that my business partner opened an account with them ( TSB ) with a similar name and had not been asked for permission to use the name. Then why ask me ? the lady on the phone put me in hold for nearly 10 minutes and back with other questions for example how the business work, explained all with details, put me hold other few minutes and back with the answer.. - We were unable to open an account to you, no reason given, and raised a claim which took nearly 2 months to answer, the answer was wrong and they didn't explain yet why was refused open account with them, they back to the same issue about the business name, which is not true, they opened account to my partner without request that information, never was questioned the brand name, Sound like the person who call me didn't feel comfortable with my foreign accent and they decided no open account to me even I'm British citizen, their answer to my complain still is not the reason why be refused, just can see is a discrimination, on the meantime Virgin Money opened the account with not issues and permissions, where understood is not required, Now if TSB have different rules to opened bank account about brand names, why they no ask the same to my partner with opened the account with similar name and brand name ? ( A couple months ago ) I contacted the company about needing permission to use their name and surprisingly they responded, Not in the UK. A letter from their complaint department by 25 April ref 8767987 still given no reason, called to the reference number and extension offered, talked with a person not very friendly and informed them that they passed my concern and I will receive a call back, that never happened.
