Approachable, kind and supporting, normal, down to earth, non judgemental staff. Couldn't get anywhere without the staff. it took me a while to understand loans but the staff wrote it down and explained everything to me with time and consideration. Thank you. Credit union saved me, that 1st loan I ever got saved me, to be accepted so quickly when I was in the ditch with my daughter, It was Christmas time and I hadn't bought one present. My friend recommended credit union and now ive been with them years. Even have a saving pot - ive never saved money in my life but knowing its there keeps me safe. Ive struggled with uniform and holidays, so I rang Credit Union one day and the advisor said would you like to take some money out your savings, i just sat and cried, again I was saved by this company and I am so thankful. I tell many people to join which they do as I tell them how they helped me without judgement. Again thank you. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2026

Saved my life these people.

Brilliant, never fails to help me. Repayments are easy and affordable
