worst company ever

If you want the worst company to insure with , One call insurance is it ,paid a premium not to lose my no claims I was hit by a wagon which did not stop and I was unable to get any details ,so when I made a claim I was told due to me not being in possession of the other vehicle,s details I would lose my no claims ,even though I had paid a premium not to ,load of shysters ,took me 5 hours to be told that avoid this load of rubbish.
