Do not need form of id to set up overdraft

Someone managed to hack my account which is not the fault of the bank. They then set up an overdraft and transferred the full amount out in one. This should have been subject to checks to set up the overdraft and to transfer that much out to a new payee. Customer service was very unhelpful Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Excellent for specialist sports

I am an aerial hoop and silks instructor and it is difficult to find agencies who recognise these sports. I feel confident in the insurance and the process to apply was smooth. Reviewed on: 18th July 2022
