As an elderly person with no access to internet it is alway great to be still able to discuss my annual holiday home insurance over the telephone. staff are always ver friendly and helpful and conversation generally lead to a positive outcome. Excellent customer experience, always able to contact members of the team by telephone which means a lot to an elderly person who is not IT savvy. Excellent service and value for money!

Good initial and renewal price.

Have insured my static caravan with Ripe for two years now and the price is very reasonable, compared to quotes through the holiday park. The increase in price for my second year was minimal. Reviewed on: 6th August 2024
