Painless switch to Santander by a very knowledgeable and helpful member of staff.

I've had several products with Santander over the last few years that I've been pleased with so I decided to switch from the bank I'd been with forever to Santander's 123 current account. This turned out to be a great decision. A very nice, knowledgeable, helpful member of staff sat down with me and explained everything as if she had all the time in the world for me.
