My bank changed my debit card

As we are all aware banks change your cards from visa too mastercard or vica verca.As i had already taken a loan using my visa card as repayment method my bank for some reson sent me a new card which is no mastercard making my old one redundent.I contacted my loan provider to change the old card for the new card it took three minuets to do,very helpful and profesianal attitude.
