Really helpful and friendly staff

Had an issue where I needed to change the payment date on my loan - one dedicated person rang me back and thoroughly explained the process for me and explained what I needed to do, and even rang me back a few weeks later to confirm everything had gone through successfully. Other than this, I've never had to contact them for anything which is a bonus in a lending company! Highly recommend Better Borrow. Reviewed on: 19th July 2022
