Easy, efficient and excellent Customer Care

I’ve been a member of GCU for over 20 years and had their support to help with various savings and short term loan agreements that have allowed me to manage various purchases and home improvements. All the while saving towards final write off. Efficient use of apps and digital to make it easy to access and manage my account. Customer service has always been excellent.
