Love it!

Zopa was very easy to set up & the site is easy to negotiate. I get cash back on my direct debit which is a great incentive in the current climate its good to get something back. Zopa regularly check my credit file to see if im eligible for borrowing & notify me of my borrowing power. I had an experience where a company took money that they shouldn't and I needed to contact customer service. They were very helpful & got me the money back within 24 hours. Innovative, approachable and all for customers

I've been with chase just under a year. I feel valued as a customer. Their offers and rates stand out above the rest. Customer service are very friendly. The apps easy to use & security features make me feel like my money is in sage hands Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
