I wasn’t sure about Surewise to begin with as I’d always had Motability and not had to worry about insuring my scooter…My concerns were put to rest the first time I had to claim. I had the best service I could have asked for. Courteous and efficient staff took my details for my claim and to my surprise, payment was paid immediately into my account once they had my receipt. I was most impressed by the politeness of staff. It’s not often these days that you come across such polite people.I am overall very happy with the decision to pick Surewise and would recommend them.
