renewal cost

received my renewal which i thought was a little high so i emailed them to explain the situation with things being a bit tight at the moment and they gave me a discount on each of my pets policy's.no haggling or arguing. Reviewed on: 30th July 2024

best price for senior pets

i had shopped around and the insurance emporium were the best for price and level of cover for senior pets.i was also very pleased with their customer service when asking for a small discount upon renewal,it was applied without hesitation.one small thing i think could do with changing is the ease of informing them when a pet has passed away.i found nowhere on the website to do this and had to find their email address instead.they were however very helpful when i did this though and extremely compassionate. good pet insurance

i have 3 cats to insure and 2 of them are senior.renewal was a touch high for me when i received it,but i called and was able to negotiate a small discount which really helped. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
