Fourtunately i havn't had to make a claim but i have been with this company for a couple of years now. Their customer service is excelent, when ever i have called them for help their staff have been efficient, friendly and knowledgable. Advice on which locks were suitable for the bike i have, advicee on international cover and flying with the bike. Thx cycleplan Reviewed on: 12th September 2023

realy helpful and patient staff, had a few questions/concerns about taking my bike abroad which after sort conversation with a real person, a rare thing these dys when calling customer services, all my worries were put to rest. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
