Wouldn't trust anyone else

Go above and beyond for you as a customer, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, claims get settled quickly and with ease due to the pawtal system and customer Hub which takes away stress of forms in all situations and for claiming repeat medications. Good variety of policies which are all clear and easy to understand so you know exactly what you're covered for. The joii app is also a great aspect in that you can get veterinary advice from the palm of your hand via your mobile phone through video consultations or they can give you general advice via the symptom checker.
