Excellent customer service

My fault, I made a mistake filling in my details for my travel insurance and didn't notice until I had purchased it. Phoned customer services and they sorted it straightaway, not extra charge and no problem. Lovely people to deal with. Very pleased with the whole experience and felt confident I was fully insured if I had needed to claim. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
