Best rates around, supports its customers

At the time I took a loan My Community Bank was offering really competitive rates. The application was straight forward and the process time for money received was fast. My community bank was very supportive during Covid when I needed to make a payment adjustment during this time. It was refreshing to see a financial institution support its customers in this way and I will always be grateful for the way in which this was dealt with.
