Very unhelpful during COVID

During COVID I was unable to make full payments. We made an agreement and I started to pay back less. When I could make full payments they demanded the outstanding I didn’t pay during COVID and suggested I only pay back what’s owed and to stop the payment on the interest to ensure I could keep up with payment. They then defaulted me which has severely affected my credit score. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
