Low Friction Customer Service.

A loan was taken out to provide finance for a vehicle. The online process was painless and to the point. Infact, I chose My Community Finance (MCF) over and above my high street bank for a loan (HSBC) as MCF presented much less friction in the customer service journey. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Easy, no fuss.

Upon doing my research for a new personal loan I would usually always head to my bank for such a service. Recent experience has shown that my bank makes the process of finding and applying for a personal loan both complicated and dull. The process has changed little over the past few years (so it seems) Unusually I came across My Community Bank, what a refreshing experience it was to become. No complex, jargon riddled application process, no ‘wait a few days for a decision’ process to go through, just a straight forward process that (in a matter of what felt like only a few minutes) led to the ideal loan, interest rate and payment terms. I agreed and money was deposited. Easy. I will most certainly use My Community Bank when I next need a personal loan and will certainly check out any other financial products they offer as a result of this most positive of experiences.
