I have only had to use them once for a small claim, I was able to get theough to a human immediately and they were prompt courteous and efficient beyond belief, nothing was to much trouble. My problem was delt with professionally and in quick time. Reviewed on: 24th September 2024

From start to finish you are given the right amount of information and instruction regarding your enquiry, everything is laid out in a clear ordered and precise manner.
