Customer service the Best

I was taken to hispital fwi tines because of breathing problems just before I was due to fly but customer service helped me two times to suspend my policy till I was able to fly at no extra cost . They have been very concerned about my hospitalization and it was nice that people in their customer service department showed so much concern abd very genuine . I can't thank them enough and I will be phoning them again shortly to organize my next trip with them as they are the best travel insurance company without fail Thanks again Douglas Redpath Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
