Review of the My Community Bank, Personal loan:

The clue is in their name

I very much needed help in a loan for a security deposit on renting a flat, and at the time my credit score was not in a great state. However, My Community Bank gave me a very reasonable rate for just the right amount that I needed. I only needed to call them once with a query, which was to change the date of my monthly payment so that it would fit in with the time of the month i got paid. They sorted it out with no hassle, and understood that it was important to make sure you are able to manage your finances by having all of your bills come out at the same time. Really quick response when I called them, and really lovely person at the other end of the phone. You asked in this survey if I would recommend them to a friend. I already have!
