Friendly, straight forward Customer Service - A great service all round.

I took out a personal loan with My Community Bank earlier in the year, the experience of getting everything set up was really smooth and low hassle. They answered queries I had ahead of taking out the loan and after it, making it easy to understand how I could make early repayments and how monthly interest is applied and calculated. No smoke and mirrors here; just a transparent, friendly service at a decent rate. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
