understanding, trust worthy!

These have helped me through the hardest of times, we have been going through the process of adoption as my finance lost his brother age 28 and 6 months later his partner, sadly they left behind a amazing 3 year old little boy. We've been fighting the courts to take custody as this little boy has been in foster care. So all savings we had and everything we once known had gone if not changed , while trying to fight the hardest battle and also grieving, we had to protect our own young children, finances have really been a struggle I. I got a loan out to help towards funeral cost and court fees. There was no judgement, instead there was sympathy and understanding. I have always payed back my loan on time until last month we had our last court case and it had wiped everything we had, I called them and explain as I can not affford to be in debt, they totally understood and did there absolute best to help me. They spread the amount I could pay over my next few months left. Again there was no judgment. The amazing thing is on the 18th July we attending our final court hearing and we WON everhthing has been so worth it. We have a long road and head and still need to get ourself stable with finances again to treat the children to some amazing memories they deserve! So I definitely recommend and I am so thankful to my community bank. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
